Edit: I'm dropping this to a reluctant (perhaps overly generous) 4 stars after my chainsaw spent almost two months there for service. It was always problematic starting it. Finally picked it up (no explanation ever given why it took so long), paid the $100+ for the service (incl carb kit), brought it home, wouldn't start. Maybe I should just 1 star Stihl instead.

(July 15, 2018, 9:18 pm)I've never bought equipment here but I have had to get my stuff serviced here and buy parts. Staff here are always helpful and go above and beyond to get answers to any issues. Highly recommended.
