They are fantastic and very honest. I sought them out to transfer my mortgage when my bank wouldn't give me an open-ended mortgage to cover the dates between my renewal and the sales closing date. Instead of taking my business right away, they encouraged me to keep pushing to have my file escalated. With that advice, I pushed, my file was escalated, and my bank finally offered me an open-ended mortgage. It's rare that a business is more interested in your financial well-being than trying to poach you as a customer. Very impressed and thankful.
