I go to this location on average 2 times a day to do licensing for my dealership. You could not find a more committed and professional group of people. Margaret, Vera, Sue and Jan (and everyone else there) are patient, and have often gone the extra mile to help me as I've become used to my role at the dealership. They call with questions and help when I've made a mistake or misunderstood a complex process. They answer direct calls for questions promptly and are top notch in every regard. Any cliché about government offices that you could think of simply doesn't apply here. Customer Service is job 1 and they very clearly are working hard to be the best office they can be. I'm sincerely impressed and cannot give a more positive review of any organization than what I see here. Well done!
Make sure to make an appointment on line first and then when you arrive you can go right to the head of the line. Otherwise it could be a long wait watching others go ahead of you. Once inside the line moves quickly.
Well there was a covid lineup, however I am giving 5 stars for an awesome service experience from the very start.
The greeter was very pleasant, upbeat and welcoming. The Inside service representative was very helpful. She helped me with an ongoing issue and took the time to go above and beyond. I only wish that I remembered both of their names.
Quite honestly, it was very refreshing to receive this kind of top drawer service; especially given how busy this establishment always seems to be.
Good work ladies. I understand that dealing with customers all day can be quite trying sometimes.
Kim provided by far the most efficient and friendly experience I've had at Service Ontario, all during Covid when the centres are extremely busy. I made an appointment (a must right now) and was in, done and out 15 minutes from the appointment booking time. Fantastic. Thank-you!

Extremely professional and this is my location by choice since the staff have continuously over the years of me going here been efficient and concise. A personal shout out to Margaret who was taking care of the main doorway and dealing with customers coming in and out.
