Love this salon. The interior is beautiful and cozy and they always have yummy treats at the front for customers. Upon arrival they promptly ask if you'd like a drink which is really nice. This is an odd comment but the bathroom is stunning too haha large and luxurious. I see Rebecca for my coloured blonde hair and she is so talented especially with blondes. I have naturally dark brown hair and I went to her with dull, beige-blonde balayage (done elsewhere) when I wanted a bright light blonde - she did some babylights and completely transformed my hair to what I wanted! I will continue to go to see her. I would love to try some esthetic services also! A bit of a trek from Orleans but absolutely worth it.

I have had other hair stylists attempt to deal with my wild curly thick hair however, Kelsey is the only one who has actually been able to deal and manage my hair! My hair has never been healthier and the colouring she does is amazing! Not only does she know and guide you in the right direction but she can execute the colouring to a t! I will never let anyone else touch my hair again. She is a true genius and always makes your appointment feel like you’re a celebrity sitting in the sit! I recommend her to everyone I met! She is the best hair stylist in Ottawa and probably Ontario!

I absolutely love going to Spotlight to see my hairdresser, Kelsey. She is so talented and has such a good eye for what works and looks best on her clients. Even the atmosphere of the salon is so warm and welcoming and it's obvious that the girls work as a team to make sure each client feels like they're being pampered. I would highly recommend this hidden gem in Richmond to anyone :)

I’ve been going to spotlight for the past year and a half and I would never go anywhere else again for my colour/cut. Cozy environment and super friendly staff! Would highly recommend Kelsey especially for blondes!!
