(July 18, 2021, 11:07 am)The best shopping experience in Ottawa. Better than Sephora. The sale is brilliant, if I had more $ I would have bought more because it is absolutely worth it. The staff, OMG the staff was so amazing. The poor lady was trying to work and I kept stopping her to ask for her help and she was so nice and patient with me even when I had misunderstood part of the sale and I fixed it. I can't wait to go back. Just a shame they dont have more brands available but that's ok I love what they have.

She takes the time to chat with and help customers find exactly what they're looking for. She made us feel very welcome and answered all of our questions with a smile on her face. We will definitely be back!
(November 30, 2020, 7:12 pm)Great Store, great prices! What is there not to love?! I find it hard to believe that anyone would receive bad service at this location! If you're rude to retail workers expect your customer service to reflect YOUR attitude.
