“We initially spoke by phone to Steve in Sales and received a lot of his time with answers to many questions and technical queries. Steve was never too busy to speak to us and was willing to answer any further questions that we might have, even though he knew we lived 6 hours away and would probably not purchase through him. We did not know anything about VOS Trailers, but based on Steve’s friendly and helpful responses, we decided to make the 6 hour drive to Stittsville to purchase our trailer.
