(March 1, 2019, 12:41 am)Mr. Rooter made a service call to our home to clear obstructions from the outdoor drain at the entrance to our garage which was clogged and not flowing freely. Paul did a fantastic job, and everything is working again. He explained what had to be done clearly and in detail, was knowledgeable, thorough, professional and courteous at all times. We were delighted with the service provided and are happy to recommend both Paul and Mr. Rooter. We will use your services again. Well done!
(February 28, 2019, 11:03 am)I had Mr Rooter come to my house to fix a clogged bathtub drain. Paul did awsome work, explained everything in details and provided me with maintenance tips/ product to prevent clogging. I am extremely happy with the service from the moment I called to Paul coming over, everyone was professional, friendly and timely. I highly recommend Mr Rooter if you want excellent services and professionals showing up. I will use them forever!
(February 23, 2019, 1:32 pm)Repairs were done by Ryan Sherrer. Ryan did an excellent job. He made sure the faucet was working to perfection. He also suggested to redo the drain which we agreed and also done an excellent job.
He answered all our questions and gave tips on how to care for the faucet.
We really appreciated his excellent work and specially his professionalism.

They are kind, polite, fun and professional, and they take time to answer all your questions. The manager, Greg, did also offer me a lot of help and support with City forms for permit and rebate!
