“I had major dental surgery in May, 2019, requiring 4 lower front teeth extractions, two posts implanted for future implants, and a ridge augmentation with new bone packed around and between the posts to anchor them well. Quite a complicated procedure, with Dr. Hussein Al-Mufti spending 3 and a half hours to determine the best course of action, and then another 3-hour appointment to accomplish the surgery. When the prognosis and plan was presented to me, I thought it best to get a second opinion. Capital Dental was glad to send the x-rays, etc., to another surgeon. The second assessment by an older, experienced surgeon agreed totally with the first. Then I had to decide which surgeon to do the work. I chose Dr. Al-Mufti, thinking he was probably well up-to-date in the latest surgical techniques. I'm glad I did. For a young man, he has an extensive educational background and has received many awards. He had the youthful stamina to handle a long operation. The staff of the Capital Dental Centre are very caring and make you feel you are their only patient. There is ample free parking available. And I can look forward to ongoing post-operative care and regular dental work being done by the same dental surgeon.”

“This is a nice looking retirement residence. However, over the years it has changed from private ownership (which was very good) to various corporations and is now Revera. Since Revera has taken over, things have gone down hill. Attention to detail is lacking, concerns/comments from residents not really heard/actioned on, fewer amenities offered than previously, and staff had been cut back exactly when the new minimum wage went up. Dining room service is slow and food quality and variety is so so.Speaking with management doesn't seem to do much either!”
