Pho Thu Do

This is hands down best Vermicelli I've ever had, very good.

I recently went to visit families in Ottawa and found this Pho restaurant near the airport. First I was hesitant from some of the reviews. But surprisingly, the service was really good. The staff was attentive and the food was delicious. More so, it was very "Authentic" unlike a few other places I tried when I was there. Definitely would recommend this place for good service and Authentic food. Their Pho is my favorite!! I think they might have new management.

I had the tofu and veggie soup bowl and added shrimp.. the broth was flavourful and the tofu was crispy! Delicious. Will be back.

Decent amount of food though wishng there was one more item in the vermicelli bowls for the price. I liked how their bowl were pretty much all gluten free including the spring roll! Flavours were good. The salad that you mixed in was flavourful with some marinated bits. The fish sauce they give you is a bit on the sweet side.
