After searching for a new Forklift to replace our much older unit, I called Liftow and talked to Derek Boyd, gave him the specs of what we needed. The next day he came to see me, took the time to see where and what we needed the unit for. Contacted me within 48hrs with some options for us and helped me narrow it down to the perfect unit for us. The new unit is incredible, the service from Derek and the staff at Liftow is second to none.
