    The moment you walk into the shop you feel the amazing atmosphere . Michel is beyond phenomenal. He takes great care of his clients . He went above and beyond for my winter tires . I will never go anywhere but “ Tire ‘N’ rims city” . If you want great service and excellent customer service then this is the place to go . If I could I would rate it more then 5 stars. Thank you again Michel , I will definitely be back whenever I need something done to my car !

    I went shopping for new winters and thought I would look near my work and I found Michel again. I had first met Michel over 10 years ago when he was on St. Joseph Blvd with Traction Tires. We had moved away from Ottawa for a few years and I was beyond excited to have found him again at his new shop Tire 'N' Rim City! I can tell you that Michel has and continues to provide exceptional customer service! My experience with Michel has always been more than 5 stars! He answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed to get my new tire rebate. I am beyond elated with my new winters tires! It's a bonus that it was so convenient and easy as the shop is so close to my work. But really I the best part of it all is experiencing Michel's 5*** customer service again! Once you meet Michel, you will compare all your other customer service interactions with him. Give yourself the 5*** star treatment and check out Tire 'N' Rim City!
