(February 13, 2016, 1:32 am)We have bought and sold with Jason Clement on three different occasions. Each time, there was an opportunity that called for Jason to go above and beyond the call of duty. He makes potential headaches, disappear. Jason makes buying and selling less stressful at every opportunity he can. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase. He took us to as many houses as I wanted to see and always showed up on time and with a great energy. He will often point out things that we liked, or would potentially not like. It was great having his expertise around for our purchases. He has helped sell our homes for over asking, with multiple offers. He once sold our house within 6 hours of it being on the market. This makes life especially great when you have a young family and dogs. I recently recommended Jason to help my parents with their purchase and sale. Same outcome, multiple offers on the sale and the home and location they were after for their purchase! I would not hesitate to use Jason Clement's services in the future or continue to recommend him to my friends and family!
