Timing is important in real estate. So is a great broker. We visited a number of properties with Sarah while we were in the city one day before being away for a number of weeks. We were able to share with Sarah the characteristics of a home that we were looking for and she kept an eye on anything new that came on the market. We walked through it on a video call and were confident about putting in an offer. By the time we got back to the city, we had a new home!
