(December 3, 2018, 9:38 pm)I changed my review to 5 starts after a rather bumpy experience. I will give this bank another chance in the future. I have worked with them at the corporate sector level and it has been always great, however, private services or the lack thereof. Branches need some polishing, it feels like walking into a car dealership, no offence.
