  Rooms were clean and spacious. We were there during a hockey tournament and the halls were quiet. Breakfast was well stocked even though it was a bit crowded. We enjoyed our stay.

  Hotel is refurbished from another hotel a few years back. Modern decor consistent with most Fairfield Inn and Suites. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating during check-in process. I was recognized as a reward member that doesn't always happen in every Marriott hotel.
  
  Room was ok with no issues during stay. Had issue with the side door key lock which was annoying. Required me to get a little exercise and walk around to the main door. Not the end of the world but on date attended there was a deep freeze and walking anywhere outside was a task. Mentioned to staff but no action.
  
  Hotel does not have an overabundance of parking. Due to snow removal process not being done properly this led to the cars being parked everywhere throughout the lot.
  
  Had an issue with the rate for the night from what I booked. Discussed with staff but no attempt to change.
  
  Close to Canadian Tire Centre. Great spot to stay during Ottawa Senators games. In decent weather it is a nice walk.

  Very nice hotel. Great location for our needs. Super close to highway and Sensplex for hockey tournament. Super friendly staff, clean pool, newer rooms.

  We had a nice, quiet room on the fourth floor. Check-in was fast and friendly. Decent coffee at breakfast. Every staff member we dealt with was excellent. Bottled water was overpriced at $2.50/ bottle, and we were disappointed there was no hot tub - just the pool. We would stay again.
