My experience with In Car was top-shelf from start to finish. It began with me sending an email to Jared to request an appointment for an auto-starter installation, and I had included a link to the starter I was going to buy. Not only was he quick to book an appointment, he responded with a LOT of information about my car and the starter I selected, and recommended something different and even sent me a link to the one he recommended. Installation was quick and affordable, and the service was great. I started having an issue a few weeks later that was making my dome light come on, as though the car thought my door was open all the time. I thought because it was after the install it might have been related. Well it wasn't related. It wasn't the starter, and it wasn't the install but LET ME TELL YOU, this guy did not rest until he figured it out and fixed it anyway - and didn't even charge me for it, except to cover the part that I needed! Jared is a real stand-up guy who is passionate about his work and it shows!

I called In Car Electronics about installing a dash cam that I recently bought on Amazon. Jared was very knowledgeable and professional and got me in two days later. Installation went smoothly and the results are outstanding; I'd like to have him look at my tile in the data center. :-) Everything is hidden neatly, hooked up to the car battery (yay parking mode) and works perfectly. Could not ask for a better result or friendlier and more professional service. 10/10, thank you guys!

Excellent service from both Jared and Julie. Had a remote car starter placed in both my car and my wife's car. They accommodated my schedule. Jared also explained everything in great detail.

Jared and Julie are just fantastic people. I had to deal with some personal events and Jared facilitated my request and was very accommodating.

The quality of the work and the service was amazing. The price was more the reasonable... He was very honest and clear about the product I purchased and the product he was installing in my Dodge Ram 1500.

I have nothing but great things to say about the entire experience.

Also, they also accept online interact transfers which my the whole process even simpler.
