  My family has just moved to new house. So, my wife and I tried to connect a new refrigerator water & ice dispenser and a dishwasher by ourselves because we thought that we could do that by ourselves, simply follow YouTube videos. But that was tougher than we thought and made us give up even though we bought new hand drill kit to cut a hole in the countertop for the pipe and connect it for a dishwasher. So, in the end we called John the Plumber. Jonathan came and did a great job installing my new refrigerator. Finally, he screwed into the panel to attach the dishwasher and leveled it properly. He, with a British accent, was very friendly and well-spoken. Everything was cleaned up afterwards. In addition, he replaced a new shower faucet in compliance with our request because we are not strong to remove original one. We are extremely satisfied with his professional service. Jonathan, thank you so much for doing that!! I would highly recommended John The Plumber and Jonathan in particular.

  Allister and Eric were great. They fixed our problem quickly and professionally. They were courteous, respectful of our property, and did not leave any mess.

  We've used John The Plumber twice this year during our kitchen/basement renovations. They were very helpful, described exactly what they were going to do, and walked us through the work afterwards to make sure we were satisfied. They gave us tips to help protect the plumbing pipes during the rest of the renovations, which we really appreciated. Both visits only lasted half a day to a full day, and we were very happy with the work done. Thanks!
