Urbandale Construction: Bradley Commons Experience Centre

We had homes with Minto, Claridge and this time with Urbandale - experience with Urbandale is totally different. Urbandale Bradley Commons construction team (Dave Galasso is managing the site) makes every effort to get you the best quality of home while meeting deadlines. With Covid times it was hard initially to plan completion dates with lots of trades being off occasionally, but the team managed and coordinated really well. It was fascinating how quickly all was coordinated! Now, we moved in a week ago and are enjoying our new home. PDI findings were resolved very efficiently by this time (within a week!). Nothing major was noted. PDI with the third party inspector was also a great bonus as an independent and thorough review was provided to us, and that shows that the quality of Urbandale services are priority. The R2000 houses are such great to own, so many things that others are not offering! The Bradley Commons Urbandale team showed real care and dealt with findings without delay - as soon as we contacted the warranty department upon move in date (24 hour notice), who is in turn notified the construction team, all went very quick.
Additionally, the site sales representative, Leigh-Anne Shearer, was great and also was in-touch with us on our "special" requests and provided excellent support till the closure day! All together it worked really well. Thank you Urbandale @Bradley Commons team, appreciate your care!

Excellent customer experience and their models are all modern looking and amazing. Just that they delay construction a lot and it’s frustrating for a home buyer. Other than that their quality, workmanship, professionalism, fixing and following up on issues are top notch.

I purchased my new to be house a year ago. I did not moved in yet, but have to say, they are the best builders I ever had experience with. Most profecional service, attention to details and true passion and pride in what they do is visible at every step. Way to go! Super happy I choose them as my home developer. Great job!
