  Our truck buying experience at this dealership has changed my views on car salesmen.
  Masaki Ida was excellent. Respectful, polite and very helpful . He got us a fantastic deal on a 2019 Tacoma. I would highly recommend this salesman if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle. He can help you with other makes and models. The whole team at Mendes was amazing. From the manager to the finance person. This is where we will be getting our vehicles from now on. Thank you Mendes and Mr. Ida for making this such an enjoyable and profitable experience for us. Keep up this good work.

  Mendes Toyota has a strong reputation and it is the people that make that reputation. In your case, we were dealing with Chris Hesson. From the very beginning, Chris came across as if he wanted to help us get the best deal and wasn't going to play games. He gave us straight forward advice on what we would realistically need, what is a must have, what is a very good to have, and what would be helpful but is not necessary. We honestly left with feeling that Chris (and the dealership) would be there if we ever needed anything. Would highly recommend checking this dealership out

  Had Always been satisfied and occasionally delighted. Never felt that they were doing unnecessary work - righteous crew of non- haters and some lovers, however the booking system sucks - no calls when parts don’t arrive so i show up for an appointment to find out parts are on back order. Merde i got up early and could have slept another 2 hours
