I've been to Spark a few times now for various minor issues. Every time, I've gone expecting to make an appointment to come back, and to have to spend $$$ - because that's what happens everywhere else, and because they're obviously busy... and they always surprise me with immediate, courteous service at a very reasonable price. I spent less for an oil change and seasonal tire exchange than I'd usually pay for the oil change on its own at the dealer.

The best AC & general repair shop in Ottawa! Very honest, knowledgeable people, they show care and always work with 100% effort. Highly Recommend!

Great auto body shop! Few months ago, went in for a brake job and they were able to complete the work same day. Owner is truly genuine - about a week after my brakes I needed some tools to swap out my car battery. He loaned me the tools to do the work. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve never written a review before, but I had to for these guys. What others say is true! These guys are definitely worth it. Not only did the owner FaceTime me to show me what was wrong, but showed me a video of the fix when I picked up my car. Absolutely amazing! Will definitely be going back for all future car needs!

Took my girlfriend's car for service. (Brakes, control arms, ball joints, and oil change). Ali was very professional and knew exactly what the car needed with recommendations to make sure the car left the shop safe. The service was prompt with fair pricing, and I couldn't be any more happier with the result. Would highly recommend. He also warranties certain parts either for 1 year or lifetime depending on the part. A+ service.
