  As the new owner since May 2018 , I would like to inform all members and non members that everyone is treated with the most amount of respect and I take every case seriously . Everyone is treated the same and everyone is subject to having a fair outcome out of every and any situation . Contracts are contracts , I explain it to absolutely everyone that signs up in the gym . I cannot cancel ones contract as a favor when I've said no and conversed with many in the past that have had issues as well . It's all fair to everyone . This review of Ms. Alexandra Pavlides is unfortunately not accurate at all and is subject to a review as I have email proof of this false customer service accusations . Please disregard her review .   I'm new to the neighbourhood and tried this gym for the first time. Really friendly staff and great experience. The showed me all the movements and how to perform them safely. Great experience.

  Great gym. Clean, organized and staffed by a great manager/trainer. Very happy I switched from Goodlife a year ago.
