Popular place to fish, and historic mill is a trip back to water-powered industry.
Also, they say it's haunted!

Its a tourist thing to do. Has a watermill out behind it. With some scenic picture areas. Other things to do within walking distance
A quaint little museum in the core of Manotick, not to far away from Ottawa. The museum features a working grist mill where you can buy local products made right in the facility.
The river runs fast and there are some rapids downstream from the dam. You can walk across the dam to a park on the other side of the river.
Plenty of parking and free access to the museum.
It’s simply amazing place to visit with family and friends. The volunteers and very cordial and excited to show you and talk about the heritage place - Watson’s Mill. There is a nice horse wagon ride. They also arrange different events and displays.
