Well organized. Sometimes not enough checkouts. Auto parts staff helpful.

Store is nice but auto centre is horrible. I mean, the people are honest, helpful and do a good job, but MAN do they need to hire some people!!! Something as simple as oil change takes almost 3 hours - EVERY time I’m there all i see are cars parked on the shop floor, but NO ONE working on them...is there only ONE mechanic in there..!?

The CTC dollars are what keeps me coming back. They really add up, especially at the Gas+ bar. Better than Walmart. Customer service is great if you need help finding something. Returns are painless with a receipt. If you go in knowing what you want, it's a satisfying experience.

This store has amazing deals hidden in a small area by the front of the store containing seasonal items and last of stock. You can always find something useful here. They have great sales and unexpected little gems hidden around the store. The team is so informative and helpful. I was looking for a combination lock and batteries for a cordless phone. A gentleman helped me find both quickly. In and out of the store in less than 10 minutes. I say that was a huge success, since I dislike having to spend a lot of time in a store due to disability. The store is also accessible for wheelchair. Just love it. Way to go CT Barrhaven! I will be back again and again.
