Please accept my sincere gratitude to your office, and especially your caseworker Rima Fikak. I was amazed every time I contacted your office. Your staff including Lise-Office Administrator is so helpful and have tons of patience to answer all my queries. I contacted Rima to appeal IRCC to get visitor visa for my niece. She was so helpful during the process and whenever I send query, she responds immediately and she contacts IRCC then she used to call me to provide status updates at the end of day. And most important, finally we got good news from IRCC. Much appreciated. Thank you very much for efforts.
