The second I walked into Skin Revival I knew I was in good hands! The ladies there make you feel so warm and welcome. Being new to the area, I went there to get my Laser IPL and injections and I will definitely be coming back for any procedures I want in the future. Before each treatment, everything was explained so I knew what to expect before and after treatment. They were very informative and professional; it made me feel really comfortable. I love my skin and would recommend Skin Revival to anyone!

My name Is Krystal and I’ve been seeing Alexis since 2019 and when I say this woman has saved my skin I mean it. Growing up I’ve always had acne but when I got older it turned into cystic acne and for those who have cystic acne you know how extremely painful they are. That’s because of my anxiety I picked up my skin and created scars along my cheeks and jawline. I’ve seen many dermatologist skin specialists acne specialist and no one has been able to help my skin without either making it worse. From the moment I walked in Alexis was so understanding she was very kind she was non-judge mental the fact that she reached out and touched my skin actually brought me to tears in front of her. Her clinics are so clean, and modern! It’s a very welcoming place to be for treatments! Since then I can confidently say that my skin has gotten a lot better to the point where I am 100% comfortable going out without no make up on despite having the scars on my face. My cysts come but mostly around my time of the month and the products that she has recommended I’ve been using religiously and I can say that they do work if you have a bit of patience. Her entire staff are very knowledgable and they often come in for training because my skin was so complex. I never felt uncomfortable I never felt judged I never felt criticize and she and her staff are LGBTQ and trans friendly!! I would recommend Alexis and her staff to anyone in Ottawa looking to rejuvenate your scanner just to feel better about themselves. Alexis is knowledgable in the Viver skin Care line to the point where she is an educator and she tests out a lot of the new products before they become available to us patients. I wouldn’t trust anyone with my skin or confidence !

My husband was in for a cholesterol deposit removal under his eye. The communication (especially during COVID) was outstanding. Emails and phone call reminders. Communication was clear, polite and professional. Service was excellent. He said they were "so nice" and that they explained the procedure clearly. He wants to go back for a few other imperfections soon. We were pleasantly surprised at the final total; we expected 2 - 3 times more than what was billed. We will absolutely be returning for future needs. Thank you all so much for your care and such a calm and stress-free experience. In today's world it is hard to get that combination right.
