(September 21, 2018, 3:29 am)So glad I decided to give the Total Body Training classes a try! Each class is different and challenging. The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. The Senseis are very knowledgeable and motivational. Definitely recommend the Total Body Training classes to anyone looking for a good workout!
(September 20, 2018, 11:59 pm)Phenomenal environment for all ages. Great sensei’s and wonderful ownership. Our five year old LOVES karate at Douvris and my husband and I can’t get enough of their Total Body Training program!
