Very happy with my experience with Drain Pro! Tyler was able to come in and fix the problem in the less an hour and was a very nice gentleman! I live in an old home and he knew how to work the old pipes. Very fairly priced as well! Will definitely call them again.

Great, fast, professional and friendly service! I waited 8 hours for Roto Rooter (after being told it would be 4-6 hours) then called these guys. They were here within the hour to clear my line. Tyler was great! Keep up the good work guys!!

We had Tyler at DrainPro come in and look at our sump pump. The sump pump system was 9 years old and aging out, and the backup pump system and battery was no longer working. All in one visit, and within two hours, all the old parts were replaced and new piping was installed - it looks great now compared to the previous do it yourself job. Tyler also made several key recommendations that was over and above the basic service 1) a new water level setting to improve flow of water and so water would stop collecting in weeping tiles 2) new piping and backflow prevention system with a newer quieter design using springs 3) the water level warning alert system via alarm system was updated 4) a plan for power loss and back-up systems and generator suggestions for extended power outages. Really excellent work and client service that was centered on fixing our key issues and concerns. I would recommend the service. One other small point, I was able to get someone on the phone easily the three times I called to set-up and confirm appointments (once at 8pm), and Drain Pro also called the morning-of to reconfirm times.
