I cannot say anything so kind for Carefor, the other organization with responsibility for her daily care. Homewatch Caregivers are considerate, compassionate, dependable, and consistent; all the features you want and expect of an organization responsible for an elderly person in need of daily assistance. I highly recommend Homewatch CareGivers of Ottawa, specifically Heidi Mackenzie and her staff, their genuine kindness being one of their greatest assets.

The staff also go above and beyond, researching and finding the answers to any issues you may have. The staff are patient, polite and helpful even when the client loses their patience. I've been receiving care for over 3 years now and always keep their number handy.
