I came in asking for a specific product tailored to a current medical limitation and not only was I offered a great product, I was also offered great service. It was more of a friendly advice experience rather than a juicy sales pitch which made the experience that much more enjoyable even though we currently try to be in stores for 5 minutes due to covid.
