Fantastic customer service at this location in Barrhaven. The owner also services customers at the front reception. I was late to pick up cleaning one day in early December 2018 and could not get there before closing time. The owner offered to come back after closing in order that I could get cleaning I absolutely had to have for early meetings the next morning. We had most AMAZING experience at this location. We were not able to make it on time to pick up my daughter's High School graduation dress. It was Saturday and the store was closed the following day on Sunday which was the day of the graduation!! The owner was so kind beyond words. She came in the middle of the night to open the store just so that my daughter will have a chance to wear her beautiful dress to the grad ceremony. This act of kindness made the difference of my daughter having a wonderful time with her family and friends on her very special day!! VS. missing out! We can't thank the owner enough for her act of kindness. Our appreciation goes beyond words!! We can honestly say that we have been touched deeply by her kindness!! small business like this offer unique experiences that are beyond compare. This is a place and the owner will forever be special in our hearts!
