I have hired another company in the past and will never go back to them. (They actually recommended Lorand as they subcontract to him when they are overbooked.)
Lorand is the owner and does the work so you know he is concerned about the quality which affects his business. You can count on him to be honest with what he can do and offer a fair, competitive price.
I hired him in October to clean my carpets in a rental. I was impressed with how he was able to remove the stains. The carpets looked fantastic!
Recently, I hired him to come to our new home to clean the carpets. He let me know that he had already been there and explained what he was able to do and that certain stains will not come out. I knew I could trust that he tried and it just wasn't possible. He could have kept the information to himself, clean the carpet, and pocket the money for carpets he had already cleaned about 6 months ago. That is definitive proof of an honest man running his business with integrity.

I came across Quality Carpet with their 5 star reviews and thought let's give them a try.. What a refreshing experience to find someone who actually cares about their customers. My mom couldn't stop talking about how nice "the young man" was. On top of being courteous and polite, he did a thorough, fantastic job at an extremely reasonable price. From moving furniture, to meticulously vacuuming in preparation for the cleaning, Quality Carpet exceeded all expectations.These carpets have been in her home for 40+ years and I quote "haven't looked this good since we moved in". She is extremely satisfied and I am extremely grateful that there are still people who care about their work and their customers!!! A+++
