(January 9, 2019, 4:48 pm)excellent customer service!! Had a Christmas parcel going to Missouri and they were so helpful. They helped me finish packing to get it ready for pickup as the UPS driver was loading the truck. They went above and beyond to make sure my parcel made it for Christmas.
