(February 9, 2019, 1:34 am)DeSerres is by far my favourite art supply store in Ottawa. I love shopping at the St Laurent location as it has so much stock. However, this location has THE BEST service you could ask for. The employees will not just answer your questions and offer advice. They go above and beyond by recommending classes, sharing images of their own artwork, chatting about techniques, offering advice based on personal experience... The staff here is truly great.
(January 15, 2019, 3:57 pm)Amazing selection if you need almost any product they will have it, Any colour they will pretty much have it. Only issue is for cheap paints they are over priced. Specialty paints I don't mind paying a premium to get them immediately. But basics are cheap for a reason. Friendly staff as well highly recommend if you can't get downtown to a specialist store
(January 7, 2019, 5:01 pm)Good product selection with most things usually in stock. Can sometimes be hard to get service while shopping. A weekend employee failed to inform me of the points card (which I now have and consider to be a good points program) during my first purchase where I spent over $150. Would be good to have a tester of each marker so customers aren’t left guessing (or opening product as some do).
