(February 8, 2019, 9:03 pm)Helpful, without being pushy. The salesperson asked if we wanted any help. Then showed what the store had that met our requirements - a winter boot rated for -30 temps - and then let us check out the options and come back when we had questions.

The owner is in, most days, and is as involved and helpful as his friendly staff.
