(August 20, 2018, 3:22 pm)Great park! Great place for the dogs. Keep in mind they cannot be off leash everywhere, watch out for cyclist, they often ride where they're not supposed to and have hit dogs before. I always bring my fur babies to an opening in the trail that goes into the river - it's a dog party in there! Also beautiful just to hang out, have a picnic or go for a stroll.

Are there other construction sites similar to the Stanley Park location? Yes. Site 10, which is located at the intersection of Kent Street and Chamberlain Avenue, is the portal location for the North-South Tunnel (NST), and the mucking location for that tunnel.
Developing LeBreton Flats | City of Ottawa
The north-south tunnel will run under Kent Street from Chamberlain Avenue to behind the Supreme Court of Canada, and the east-west tunnel will extend from LeBreton Flats to Stanley Park.
