Purchased a Cantley style home and moved in 20 Dec 2019, missed original move in date by 30 days. Terrible communication from head office, which needs improvement. As Parkview requested all communication to them via email only, at times, we sent 2-3 emails for each deficiency on 80% of our requests. There was no planning from the electrician on placing the electrical outlets. We paid extra for a bathroom "rough in" in the basement, and noticed, the 12 extra outlets we paid for, not one electric outlet was placed around the basement washroom rough in.
Overall pleased with new build, and outstanding service from employees involved with repairs and finishes after we moved in.

We bought our home brand new in the building stage. It was five month wait to close but well worth the wait.
Moved in just before COVID 19 hit. Safe and sound in our new home.
We have enjoyed our summer here watching more models being built.

We recently had a new home constructed by Park View Homes and love it! We were allowed to modify our plan to meet our needs too. Excellent construction of our home will be worry free living for many years to come.

We HIGHLY recommend this company. Tim Cinnamon is an amazing person as is his team. They are dedicated and hard working and we are so grateful we entrusted our dream to them.
