(July 11, 2017, 8:21 pm)I’ve known Patricia for a little over a year now, and believe she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. She is very knowledgeable and has a variety of challenges she puts into each session.
Patricia is focused on helping people achieve their goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
Most Importantly:
She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
She is extremely reliable and punctual – always set up and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

She really listens to your goals and helps make them happen with her well designed personal training sessions and nutritional guidance. I strongly recommend her.
