(March 25, 2019, 4:39 pm)Called to make an appointment. Herr Schafer said it would be a few days before heading to our part of town. He called ahead to make sure the date/time would work. Arrived early & had both clocks repaired in less than 2 hours. Highly recommended. In fact, I'll be bringing another clock in for repair that my sister spend over $700 trying to get fixed without success. I have full confidence Herr Schafer will have it working.
(December 31, 2018, 3:47 am)My family has been doing business with them since they started in Lincoln Fields. Both my Grandparents have used them. I've inherited a clock and I too use them. I'm real lucky to of moved into the same town now as then.
