“I have to update this review as after the bad experience I had with the employee, one of the Manager (Christopher) personally took care of my file and things went from really bad to very good. I would have given 5 stars if I had solely dealt with Chris but because of the employee I met at the beginning, I'm giving a 3 stars. Very slow, do not respond back! If the person you first deal with is absent, good luck as no one will help you! I thought RBC was great, I was considering to move all my banking products there but with the current experience, OUT OF QUESTION! Plus, no reception desk (or invisible person) so if you have a general question, you have to wait a long time to see a Teller! And by the way, the teller cannot help you!”
