Used this place based on the excellent reviews it has received. My experience here was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating for my situation. They were able to diagnose my problem, order parts, and fix my vehicle in the same day. I was very impressed. And... when I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was even given a discount because I was having a rough day! I will definitely be back again!

Honestly, you should be able to give as many stars as you want and not stop at just five. Nick and Shannon are incredible. Honest, fair and overall world class people and mechanics. There is no other place to take your vehicle. There is a reason their parking lot is overflowing with cars because everyone in Ottawa knows they are the best!

I can’t say enough good things about Nick, Shannon and staff. I’ve had my car there several times. They are quick, caring, honest. Prices are competitive. Shannon is always professional and friendly on the phone and Nick has and continues to go the extra mile. I am so thankful to have discovered AMS! I would recommend this garage. Especially if you are female and need a garage that will be honest with you, this is your place to go!
