This company exceeded my expectations. Not only they fixed my concern, but they also worked on it with speed and efficiency.

My wife was having trouble with the washer at home, but I was still busy at the office. I called Rockcliffe Appliance Repair to ask if they could assist her. She updated me soon after that the appliance repair was successful, so I know I can trust them whenever I can’t come home to fix our appliances myself.

My fridge’s motor must have been near the end of its life because it would no longer cool. I called Rockcliffe Appliance Repair and told them my problem. They were able to point out the problem at once and sent a technician to do appliance repair with the latest tools and equipment on hand.

I noticed our washer was making loud, unusual noise so I asked Rockcliffe Appliance Repair for help. The repairman found out that a defective tub bearing caused it. He recommended replacing not just the bearing but also the outer tub. We agreed and he proceeded with the washing machine repair. Great job!

I got fed up of rude technicians and so I kept asking friends and colleagues whether anyone knew any good local appliance repair technicians. We had an incident with our home microwave a few days back and didn't want to use it since. My wife saw some sparks in the appliance and so we simply unplugged it. One of my co-workers knew Rockcliffe Appliance Repair. We made an appointment and the following day the technician repaired our microwave. He didn't make too much of the problem or kept us waiting. He was great, effective and on time!
