    I thought my laptop was completely dead, I brought it to Snappy Techs with a slim hope of it being reparable. Service was super friendly, fast , great price and best of all its like I have a new laptop! Couldn't be happier, highly recommended.

    Honest, Reliable and I’m a new life time customer. They saved my MacBook. Charles is honest up front and willing to work with options and a plan. He told me what to change and what can wait. He was also half the price of the fancy name brand places. We’ve already got a few things that were bringing to him.

    I am so incredibly pleased with the professional, compassionate, and timely repair service I received at Snappy Tech Rideau. The water spillage on the keyboard had caused my computer to crash. After a terrible experience with Apple, I was left devastated with the state of my macbook. Charles at Snappy Tech was so patient with me. He quickly addressed the issue and reassured me the problem would be taken care of in a timely manner. The whole process was very timely, diligent, efficient and professional.
