  Bill knows his stuff, and is very friendly and professional. He replaced a couple of woofers in my vintage speakers and they've never sounded so good. He did the work quite quickly and came in under his estimate. This family business is a gem... good, no, excellent service, such a rarity these days. A shout out to his lovely wife who engaged me in conversation while Bill dealt with other customers... next level customer experience. If you have a blown speaker and have been putting off getting it fixed, this is the place to go!

  I had some of my old devices serviced. The service is top notch. They are quite good.

  I went to this store for upgrades to my sub and center channel. I was planning on getting new drivers for both. Instead bill convinced me to re-port the sub along with a few other tweeks and to replace the caps in the center speaker. He showed me how to do it and saved me quite a bit of money. Once I had done the upgrades I was astonished at the improvements in the speakers.. I was back the next day for parts to upgrade all the remaining speakers in my system. The difference in sound has astonished both myself and my family. Thank you Bill. Your integrity and knowledge are much appreciated

  I've had two 1970s vintage components serviced and repaired, and both are working like new. I recommend this store to anyone seeking service or repair of stereo equipment.

  Excellent service Quick turn around. As mentioned in other reviews family run business. Good people. They helped me with another issue by giving me advice and it worked well. Highly recommended
