Went in to have a print custom-framed. The associate was excellent. She asked what room it was going in, what the current colours were, etc. She helped me choose just the right colours. Results look great.

I just ordered a custom frame at this location. I wish I remember the name of the guy who helped me, he was so helpful! Showed me many different options and gave helpful suggestions.
The staff in general are also always helpful and know exactly where to find what I’m looking for and give good advice.
Just wish there was a larger selection of high quality paintbrushes though.

Love Michaels and this particular location. The staff is consistent, friendly, helpful and knowledgable. If I have a question, they always have the answer. There's one cashier in particular I really like (their name escapes me, but has been there for years and is always friendly with everyone and I've never seen them get upset or overwhelmed even when it's busy and a huge lineup has formed)

I picked up a 3-pack of 8"x8" shadow box frames for $25, and they actually had a BOGO promotion as well, so at around $4 each was an awesome price.

Overall great experience. Staff were very helpful and friendly (Kim, Michelle, Josefina and Kevin were exceptional). They greeted us as soon as we walked into the door. They were patient and very welcoming. This location has great sales and great selections. The store is extremely clean and well organized.
