The manager Marc is a good guy. I feel like he was genuine with me when I had any issues and I can tell that he is honest and passionate about his work.

The sales guys I feel could be a little difficult to get accurate feedback from to make an informed decision being new to the hobby I need someone more like Marc who has hands on experience and can give helpful feedback to make the right decision.

Excellent experience. A lot of High-end products, very few affordable ones but still could find a reasonably priced speaker for our shoebox of a condo. Very good experience with knowledgable and friendly staff

I purchased a Rotel RMB 1555 5 channel amp on Friday June 19, 2020 and got a call Monday morning that it was shipped via UPS. The scheduled delivery was for tomorrow. I got it today. Great customer service!!!!

Have been dealing with Audio Shop for over 20 years now. I’ve never had a problem and they have always backed their products. John has always steered me in a good direction. About 6 years ago I purchased B&W speakers, and Cambridge Audio equipment. More recently I purchased the Samsung Frame TV and some Bryston Audi equipment. I did have one warranty issues that was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Would recommend this store and I will continue purchasing there.
