2 weeks ago, I woke up during the night with a big pain on my right hip. The next morning, I had difficulties to walk but it was better walking than staying sit or lay down, so I came to work. I was sure it was my Sciatic Nerve at this point and my doctor taught the same.

After 3 days, a colleague of mine forced me to make an appointment with Pam, his own physiotherapist. He got me a quick appointment for the next day, and I saw Pam for the very first time.

When she saw me, she promised me that she would not leave me leaving her clinic with the same pain. I was skeptical, of course.

She kept me for 2 1/2 hours and gave me 4 different treatments. She also told me that it was not my sciatic nerve - it was a big hip bursitis. The biggest one she ever saw...

The next day, I was a bit better. The day after, I was back at 50% and the Sunday, I was back at 90%.

I saw my family doctor yesterday and she was amazed about Pam had been able to do for me and she told me to keep her for future reference.

Thank you Pam again because that pain was awful for sure...

I've been going to see Pam for over 10 years for chronic back and neck pain from several sports related injuries. She always gets me back on my feet, upright and feeling like myself again. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff that will always make sure you are well cared for. Highly recommend!

What a relief! After just one treatment, Pam unblocked the nerve in my lower back. Combined with some gentle fascia stretching with Keaton, I am moving and feeling much better! I definitely recommend the Physical Therapy Institute.

I have been a client of the PTI for almost 6 years now, and what I appreciate the most is the professional care I receive for all my needs. The caring staff listen and respond in kind and I leave all sessions feeling better for it, from physio to massage therapy and beyond. All will feel welcomed and looked after.

I have been a client as needed on and off for years and I have come to rely on their professional expertise for hands on therapy as well as guidance for con-concurrent treatment. If surgery is a consideration, Pam has the book on who to got to for reliable consultation. Pam is quick to note that if alternate approaches to healing are appropriate she will offer advice even where it might undercut her own service.
As importantly , my satisfaction is a function of a positive relationships with the entire service which starts with Karen on the phone and extends to an entire staff who go out of their way to make me welcome. There are a ton of choices out there but for long standing reliability and genuinely excellent service , one need go no further.
