    Dr. Martin Hayles did a phenomenal job on my ingrown toenail procedure, He was very professional and the procedure went flawlessly. Thanks to Dr. Hayles I can now normally again.

    The doctor I saw at Hayles was friendly and professional, and provided some good recommendations. However, the receptionist was not great. I had to reschedule my appointment (well in advance) and she got pretty angry and aggressive about it, which was super weird. Never really experienced that before and it kind of took the shine off the experience.

    I saw Dr Martin, Honest and pleasant. Answered my questions, and was humble to say he is not sure about the things he didn't have a sure answer for. He didn't try to sell me anything.
    He also helped me find a way to work on my feet and be comfortable with or without shoes. And took the time to demonstrate the exercises needed. Thank you

    Intro appointment was on time and quick. They informed me if possible options for what I was looking for but didn't push anything on me.

    Very friendly and professional staff, they were able to help me out with my foot issue right away. Best Chiropodist I've been too in Ottawa.
