“This is an appreciation post towards Bob Peter's Garage. I've been bringing my vehicles here for many years now and the service has always been top class and has stayed there Vince and the other mechanics have always very kind and respectful, constantly giving me advice on ways to keep my car running for a long time. Whenever I have had small problems like for instance recently all my doors were squeaking absurdly loud (very annoying) they fixed up all the doors, cleaning the joints and touching up and when I asked the cost they said don't worry about while at the same time toping up the air pressure of my tires. It's genuine help in terms of tips and support that keeps me coming back because I know that they will be truthful and honest and will do their best to keep my car in good running and safe condition.”

“It was a disappointing experience. I had intended on going to this store because they carry the SunriseSpas, a canadian hot tub. I called and inquired about a hot tub. It was nearing the end of the day and we couldn't make the 50 min drive in time. The sales guy said not to worry, it wouldn't be sold by the next day when we went in to see it. I offered to make a deposit to reserve the hot tub, just in case. Again, he confirmed "it won't be sold by then." so I trusted the sales person. The following day, my partner and I left work for an early lunch to drive the 50 min to the store, get there and be told the hot tub I had wanted to place a deposit against 17 hours before, was sold - 10 minutes before we got there! They tries to sell me the other floor model but I had researched that product already and knew it didn't fair well in Canadian winters. It's not a huge deal. At least we didn't waste any money there and only our very limited time. I'm sure the owners and staff are nice people but I was very disappointed in the sales service. It was a long distance to travel to be told I was 10 minutes late. I will not be bothered to go there again. They still get a 3 stars because they answered the email and phone calls in a reasonable amount of time (less than 24 hours), they had an acceptable selection of hot tub chemicals and a few saunas on display and the salesperson seemed to have some knowledge on hot tubs I would expect in a specialty store. The building in which they are located does look very "sketchy" but there was parking. The store didn’t have an automated accessible door but it did have a flat entrance and plenty of street parking on the day we went. sorry about the lack of pictures, I was flabbergasted into forgetting to take some.”

“The doctor I saw at Hayles was friendly and professional, and provided some good recommendations. However, the receptionist was not great. I had to reschedule my appointment (well in advance) and she got pretty angry and aggressive about it, which was super weird. Never really experienced that before and it kind of took the shine off the experience.”

“I first went to see Colin hoping that maybe he could help break the painful patterns that my body seemed to be stocked into. I have been going to the osteopath for years, and every time she would treat me, it wouldn't last. I didn't really know what he was doing, but I thought it could only help... Well, turns out it was one of the best thing I have ever done in my life. After the first appointment, I had a perfect balance, half of the movements that were causing pain were not painful anymore, moving was easy, I felt stable and strong. After the second appointment, the contrast wasn't as spectacular, but then I went rock climbing with my brother for an hour and a half... And I spent an hour and a half crying of relief and joy because I was able to climb again, easily and without pain. I never knew how important being able to move was to me before I got my mobility back. I even got back things I didn't even thought were possible to get back! Because of Colin, I was able to start dancing again and I got my first pair of pointe shoes this year. His method goes beyond sports and even helped me with drawing! This man gave me back my body. I recommend him to everyone, it has been a truly life changing experience.”

“Nice place. They accept one household at a time. The chocolate milkshake was Delicious! I also had their double chocolat cookie, as well as their m&m one. Over all, the cookies were alright. Similar to the subway cookies, but in this case the m&m one was a bit crumbly (it was the last one and might have been old) and the double chocolat cookies were all different sizes (strange). Overall experience was good. Much cheaper than some other places on Richmond and still very satisfying.”
