  Sean sold my condo after a brief 6 cumulative days on the market at 98.3% of the asking price, which was still higher than any other recently sold condo in our block of 24 units. On the day we first met to discuss business, Sean had the preliminary paperwork complete, a photographer scheduled to take pictures, staging advice delivered and summarized by way of edited pictures, and an unofficial listing prepared. He also hosted a killer Open House the very next weekend after listing and obviously made a favourable impression of our condo on each guest -- the buyers were one of the first attendees. This guy is on top of his game, hungry to sell, and fun to talk to. I'd recommend him to anybody.

  My girlfriend and I recently purchased our first house with Sean. He was great and helped out every step of the way, with recommendations for inspectors, mortgage brokers etc. Very attentive, quick to respond and always one step ahead when we had questions. We would highly recommend him!

  Sean’s services went above and beyond my expectations. He was very knowledgeable in the industry and knew exactly how to ease my mind without any pressure whatsoever. I was very anxious, and he helped me overcome it and was fantastic to work with. The peace of mind of knowing he has contacts to fall through with home inspection to lawyers is very helpful.   Sean sold my mother in law's property about two months ago. He was extremely professional and provided excellent service. Most importantly, he sold the house quickly for excellent value.   This is the second time , I have worked with Sean I have always been impressed with his work ethic and how hard he works to ensure we were taken care of. When considering selling our home we met with Sean. He took the time to explain the process and look at our home. There was never any pressure. When it came time to sell. Sean worked with our time frames and sold our house the day we accepted offers! He is very personable and took the time to understand our needs and would always give us his honest opinion. Sean truly goes out of his way to make sure his clients are happy. You can tell Sean is passionate and loves his job. Sean is easy to communicate with.
