“I have mixed race, relaxed hair from years ago. My last good hair cut was in Dec 2017 and I had been desperate to find a place that could tame the curls and educate me on how to maintain them. Paula had a 5 month wait list for a good reason! I'm very thankful that I was able to get an appointment at all with how busy this lady is. It's a small cute salon and she will tag team between two appointments at once. While I did arrive on time for my appointment, you can tell that she gives as much time as her previous appointments need. I waited an extra 40 minutes but I got a longer service then what I originally booked for. My hair looks great now. All I really needed was a proper cut and some good product. Money well spent. Yes it's pricey but you won't find another salon in Ottawa that can do what Paula does. She is very experienced, kind and absolutely knows her stuff. She has my business as long as I am in this city.”
